Uncle Kenny's Spicy BBQ Sauce

Uncle Kenny's BBQ Spicy Barbeque Sauce is a tomato and molasses base, which makes it a thick style Kansas City sauce. Kenny Nadeau is from Missouri and is Uncle Kenny so that explains where the sauce gets it's roots. They are also a competition team so these sauces are serious stuff and the real deal. It is the 2011 winner of the Fiery Food Challenge!

Uncle Kenny's BBQ Spicy Barbeque Sauce has a dark red color with black pepper easy to see on first look and when you take a smell of it. The sweetness comes from the molasses, brown sugar, orange juice honey and the spice from cayenne but the heat does not overpower the sauce so you get a balanced flavor profile. This is one we would consider to be spicy sweet, which leads withe sweet and sticks around with the spice.

Another great Spicy sauce to try from Uncle Kenny's, a great BBQ competitor, caterer and restaurant owner.
